Class Description:
Run away to the circus or play dress up at home with this fabulous costume basic! Skills covered include creating gathers and elastic casings. For those of you who are savvy sewers, bring ribbons and other notions for embellishment.

Materials List:
½ yard non-stretch cotton or cotton blend for crinoline waistband, and 6-8 yards tulle or nylon mesh for crinoline skirting. Ribbon and other notions may be used for additional decoration.
