Arrival Times:

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before posted class times to allow for traffic and parking. The Craft Haven studio is not a drop-in location and will only be open to pre-registered students at the time of their class. Doors will open approximately 15 minutes before your class begins. If you are late for class, the instructor will let you in at the first available break in the course material. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you arrive over thirty minutes after the posted class start time, you will not be admitted and your class fees will be forfeited.

Parking:

Parking after 6pm can be very difficult due to our close proximity to the Lower Haight and Alamo Square residential neighborhoods. We offer street parking only, so please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your posted class time. Whenever possible, we highly encourage students to take public transit to our location. Please review our about page for additional transit info.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

Due to our small class sizes, we require more than 3 days notice before the class date for all cancellations or transfers. Please email your request. All cancellations and transfers will be assessed a $15 administrative fee. Requests made less than 3 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Sorry, but no exceptions. There will be no refunds or transfers for missed classes. Class purchases made within 72 hours of posted class times are not eligible for a refund, so please check your schedule carefully when registering.

If a class is cancelled by CHC, students will be notified via email the day before class and refunded their entire purchase price.

Age Restrictions:

Students must be 16 or older for group classes. Private lessons are available for younger students.

Allergy Alert:

The Craft Haven studio is housed within a large flat that also is a home to a lovely kitty, Chester. While the frisky feline isn't allowed in the studio, those students with severe cat allergies may wish to consider taking allergy medication before attending classes or private lessons.
