Class Description:
Make the perfect quirky and fun accessory with these decorative mini top hats! In this class you will learn how to cover a hat base with fabric of your choosing, customize the shape of the hat, and embellish with a variety of notions!
Materials List:
We will provide the one size fits all hat base, patterns, batting, and glue to get you started. Please bring 1/4 yard of non-stretch fabric for cover and a variety of notions to embellish (buttons, feathers, ribbon, beads, broaches, or any other small item you wish).
